The instrument used to redistribute Balgonar interests. No Power of Attorney from the senior branch was registered in the mandatory 1922-1924 ledger (Volume 63) to authorize this act.

Judicial Ascendance

Alexander Moncrieff Coutanche - the attorney who executed the 1923 Cession - is appointed Bailiff of Jersey. He would hold the supreme judicial office for 26 years.

Official Occupation Registration Cards prove the family maintained physical residency in St. Lawrence, nullifying claims of title abandonment.

Title to La Maison Du Mont was vested by Act of Court. Carey Olsen, acting as Attournés, were discharged from their role following the completion of the dégrèvement.

Formal Refusal of Correspondence

Following the presentation of archival evidence, Carey Olsen issued a formal cessation of communication, citing the 2025 discharge to preclude further inquiry.
